My nomination is for the Inter Christian Fellowships Evangelical Mission (IcFEM) in Kenya that helps poor rural communities transform themselves through education and training, to equip them to take charge of their own lives and become self-sufficient.

They are transforming the community by raising agricultural production with the resultant increase in GDP funding education and basic needs and providing an escape from the poverty trap.
