Claudia Fenor
is the Deputy Managing Director of TNS opinion, TNS international co-ordination centre for political & social research. In her current role she is jointly responsible for the development of existing and new accounts as well as the development of the staff and skills base. From 2001 to 2008 Claudia established the political & social research division in TNS Research Surveys South Africa, securing a number of large scale research clients and developing strong client relationships and a dedicated skills base. She has been involved in financial services research for a range of banks in South Africa as well as citizen satisfaction research for local and national government departments, taxation research for the receiver of revenue and public opinion polling into aspects of service delivery and poverty. On these topics she presented a number of research papers and she regularly gives guest lectures on market research. Claudia holds a dual Bachelor (Hons. 1st Class) degree in European Business Studies from the University of Portsmouth (UK) and the International School of Economics Rotterdam
